Our club is run by volunteers, and we recognise the importance of welcoming and encouraging family participation.

DCWFC operates within the Northern Football Netball League (NFNL). We support and uphold the NFNL Code of Conduct and the AFL and AFL Victoria Codes of Conduct.

he purpose of this code is to ensure positive and productive outcomes for our football community, players, coaches, volunteers, families and spectators.

This code also supports our commitment to child safety, and it aims to ensure that all players feel safe, happy, and empowered.

By registering with DCWFC as a player, being the parent/guardian/carer of a Player, a family member of a player, taking on an official Team or Game Day role, being a Committee Member or by becoming a club volunteer and member you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and Principles.

You also support the Club in its undertakings and encourage the Club to take any necessary disciplinary action.
